Serving our Clients

Our agents are ready to support you by phone and through online channels and are available to answer your questions or discuss your insurance needs. When necessary, an in-agency meeting can be arranged by appointment. In Ontario and Quebec, in-person meetings are not available until further notice due to provincial government restrictions. 

Allstate also has a suite of digital tools to help you manage your insurance products, including making a payment online or interacting with an agent safely and efficiently from the comfort of home.

Make a payment

Here are four easy ways to keep your account current with Allstate:

1)  Online and mobile banking

Payments can be made online through your financial institution. How to add Allstate as a bill payee. The banking system requires a 13-digit account number. Your Allstate account number contains your policy number and the month and day of your policy effective date. You can find this account number on your billing notice. Should you have questions or require assistance, please contact your financial institution for directions on how to add and manage payees.

2)  Telephone banking

Call your financial institution to make a payment over the phone. The banking system requires a 13-digit account number. Your Allstate account number contains your policy number and the month and day of your policy effective date. You can find this account number on your billing notice.

3)  myAllstate or the Allstate Mobile App, our convenient and secure online service

4)  Call or email your local agent to arrange payment
