† "Superior Roofing Types” means building roof and/or siding material that is upgraded to a material that is recognized by Allstate, in its sole discretion, as being resistant to hail and wind.

†† The replacement or repair must be completed within one (1) year of the date of loss.  This additional payment only applies if the loss exceeds the applicable deductible.
