Step Up Challenge
We have an annual six week challenge to help employees incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives. Open to all Allstate Canada employees, teams tally their steps each week and the team who steps the furthest over the six weeks, will be awarded the ‘Golden Shoe Award’ grand prize of a $1,000 donation to their eligible health charity of choice.
Francofête
Each March, the Francofête takes place in many organizations across the province of Quebec to celebrate the French language. Allstate Canada's Francization Committee is extending the celebrations outside of the Quebec borders, and invites everyone at Allstate Canada to participate in a friendly competition by answering a questionnaire on the French language. The participants with the highest scores will earn a Franco-Fun certificate, and the bragging rights that come with it!
End of Summer BBQ
Fun Inc. (the organization’s social committee) and the Allstate Canada Leadership Team host an end of summer BBQ at head office.
Annual Ball Hockey Day
Teams brave the cold and duke it out for the love of the game and bragging rights at the annual ball hockey tournament in February, brought to you by our social committee “Fun Inc.”
